Beeing persistent

Ever tried to call overseas? I did not for the first time yet it was an experiance.

Got a number by e-mail and was told to call as soon as possible. Well with Vancouver beeing 9 hours behind Sweden it's not something you just do at any hour of the day. Well I called and called and called, after 2 hours of trying at the right time of the day I started suspecting that this number was a fake. Upon excamining the number more closely I was correct, the number was to long to be a Canadian number. So I removed the excess part and tried again for another 2 hours. No luck!
Succumbing to sleep I sent an email to my contact person asking for the corect number. Then heading to bed to catch that last hour possible before heading for work.

The next day I got 2 other to the same person. Now these worked and looked nothing like the one I had got the day before. Go figure

So I spent 4h of my life in one evening trying to call numbers that don't exist, I guess trying to get a job has abit more to do about brains and abit less about beeing persistent.

Anyway by the looks of it I'll end up in Gibson's about an hour from Vancouver working as a "hard back" labourer. That suits me fine, I'm tired of using my head so much.
