East
Alright so the last time I wrote here I was telling you about beeing in Denver.
Well I left Denver and kept going east and ended up in Memphis Tennessee, now forgive me all eventual Tennessee readers but that town looked shaby. Nicest ppl I've meet in a long time but the town looked so run down it was sad. And the heat was unberable. Couldn't be outside, it was horrible.
Anyway spent a night there before running of east again this time the goal was Watertown New York State. Took me 5 transfers and 29 hours on a bus.
While waiting for about 2hours for the next bus in Syracuse I pick up my computer and start watching a movie that I have saved on to it. Pretty soon a young woman, very cute, walks over to me and asks if my computer are able to recharge her Ipod. I say yes and we begin talking and I tell her what I am up to, and she assumes that I am heading to New York. I tell her that I am not and that I don't plan on going there either. She tells me that I have to go there and that it's the best place on earth. So she offers to show me around there and gives me her number. Now I want some advice from you guys, shall I go for it? Or go somewhere else?
I fianlly made it to Watertown, only to be picked up by the famous Norse from Archmage back in the days. I meet him and the first thing we do is to go of to the pub to meet his brother and a couple of friends of his, and suddenly I have a screwdriver in my hand. Now I hadn't eaten for quite a while, that screwdrived hit me pretty good.
We go for some chinese food and then end up at his place and talk good old memories from Archmage.
Today was my birthday, so we sleept in and then we went for a 4 hour drive just lazily driving around watching the scenery and talking about this and that.
After a while we turn of the road and stops and he tells me that he want me to meet the person living there. So I follow him in and he askes the person living there if he knows who I am, supricingly he dosn't. When he is told that I am Archangels he is very suprised, it is another famous Archmage player, it's Sorrin one of the first guys I got to know in KSO. We don't stay long but Norse wanted us to meet atleast.
We keep on driving and around 6pm we are back at Norse place. 30 minutes later Seraphim is calling and tells us that he to is in Watertown. I knew that he was comming and I had told Norse about it, but he had apparently not taken that for real so he is suprised when Seraphim shows up. Anyway we find Seraphim and goes back to Sorrin and spend a couple of hours there talking about the good old days in KSO. It's the biggest KSO get-together since when I attended high school. And this time there were ppl there who had been in KSO longer than me. That was awesome.
On the way back to Norse place we stay and pick up some groceries, among other things Seraphim buys me a birthday cake. Very generous of him.
Tomorrow there is talk about going out to the Thousand Islands, but nothing is set in stone yet.
KSO stands for Knights of the Silver Order
So I've ...
I've been on the road for so long now that ppl will start hurting me if I don't start sharing a litle about what I have been up to.
Anyway first thing first
I havn't told you everything that is going on, but long story short I had to pospone my flight back to Sweden 10 days to feel that I had enought time to get back to Vancouver in time for my flight, apparently I couldn't change my ticket without just voiding it and buy a new one for over $1000. My advice to you, never fly Continental Airlines Ever
Anyway I started my trip of from Vancouver to Seattle and stayed the night with a friend of the family.
After that I took the bus south to California and meet the notorious Gullegumman... and helped him move out of his appartment. The smart dude timed his moving out to the same week as I came down so I was drafted to moving duty.
That meant that I had to sit and drive back and forth between the new place and the old place with stuff in a nice Swedish Volvo.
After that was done it was monday and he and his girlfriend were busy with everyday stuff.
So I explored thier new Village carefully, I was warned about Rattlesnakes and lost my appitite for adventures. Went back to thiere place and finished a book.
Word of the week, Shagnasty, anyone know what book that comes from?
On the thuresday, my last day in California we finally had time to do something. So we did what all americans does, we went for a drive and then we went shooting holes I paperpads. The next evening I left for Flagstaff and Grand Canyon.
My first view of the Grand Canyon was this literaly, this picture is taken 3 seconds after I saw the canyon for the first time.
Ended up in the same dorm as a gay guy who liked talking, with no connection to anything, when he started talking I stopped listening to anything. I was happy to get out of there, not of his sexuality but of his personality. He was quick to annoy me.
After Flagstaff I decided to go to Denver to see the arena of my team and some other stuff for shits and giggles.
No, my time in Vancouver and my Vancouver friends have not managed to convert me, I am still faithful.
Tomorrow we are off to new adventures east somewhere, we'll see where the bus stops tomorrow.
Evergreen State
Okay just a quick update to let you guys know whats up. I am now out busing around the US and today on the first day I got all the way down to Seattle, a bus trip of 4h that took us 6h, 2h in the border control was way more fun than it sounds. The bus driver had tons of stories to tell about what has happened there over the years.
Anyway I arrived in Seattle and meet up with my friend and we spent the afternoon/evening looking at the sights in Seattle and Washington state. Tomorrow we will do the space needle before I jump onto the next bus, this time the goal will be Los Angeles and the notorious Gullegumman.
In America eat sugar ;)
Ibises, Beer and Rock
Alright it's been ages, again, since I wrote the last time.
I will just ignore everything that has happen since before April, I can no longer remember, Something about beer I believe.
Anyway, first days in April a AM/TR celebrity showed up in Vancouver and of course I went and meet him.
Seraphim the flying piggy, Is an awesome guy from Montreal who is easy to have a laugh with. Anyway he showed up here and we meet the first day at the Aquarium to see what this tourist trap has to offer, I brought my camera but it gave in pretty soon.
And I even had the luck to run into a few Ibises of Doom
Anyway, the next evening we went on some Shenanigans downtown with opening food at the infamous "El Furniture Warehouse". After that we went to the main act of the evening, Yuk Yuks, the local stand up comedy club to have us a few good laughs along with a couple of beers. Main comedian was Auggie Smith and he talked about all kinds of controversial stuff such as this. And no he isn't very liberal any longer.
We continued the evening on a quest of great importance, to find the best beer in Vancouver. It took us a while but by the end of the night fairly hammered we discovered it, the great.... HOPGOBLIN, greatest beer in vancouver. If you come here, find it, it's worth it.
Working the next day was... interesting, I don't suffer from hangovers, but eating before work was a challange.
Any way 2 days later we meet up again for a beer before he flied back to Montreal.
The next week I went to my second concert here in Vancouver, this time it wasn't in GM Place but in Thunderbird Arena over at UBC. However having two arenas right next to each other called Thunderbird is confusing and I ended up getting lost before the show since I walked to Thunderbird Stadium instead of the arena, they are about a mile apart and it started raining, and then there was the line up, half an hour in a line up to get in while its raining lightly isn't as funny as ppl might belive. Good thing there was good music around.
The Opening acts were Hey Monday, Metro Station and All Time Low and although I had never heard of them before I came to appriciate Hey Monday and All Time Low, the make som really good music.
I don't know if you guys can see it but yes, Peter Wentz is in the Picture together with the rest of Hey Monday. They kept on making appearances with the opening acts, pretty cool and a good way to keep the crowd on edge.
I was fighting the smoke and the distance with my camera to get at least some good pictures but alas I didn't get very many good ones at all. So have you guys figured it out yet? Who the main band was.
It was Fall Out Boys.
Here they are with the singer of Hey Monday Cassadee Pope.
Later that night after catching 2 buses to get back to downtown to meet up with a couple of friends, quite a few beers were had even though it was late.
The week after that I was told by a little bird about a Swedish dance evening here in Vancouver, and of course I managed to forget the camera so there are no evidences of that evening but it was fun. We danced Bugg, Foxtrot and had some Janssons Temptation. And best of all, all the swenglish going around making every second sentence incomprehensible for anyone but a real swede, it was hilarious.
So there you have it, my April, I am spending my last weekend in Vancouver this weekend, and apparently people are planing.
Whats next you ask, well a bus south and then around this continent before we try the airlines across the Atlantic Ocean again. But more about that later. I promise I'll try to keep it updated on the road.

A day of
Today was a day of, with a meeting at 0630 in the evening scheduled.
I woke up early with a promise to my friends back home that i would play eve with them. At the same time I was planing to take over a village in Travian, but I had my co-player take care of that. She did great.
Anyway, the result in eve after 3½h of playing was 1 t2 frigate and 1 t2 cruiser, dead. Not bad aside from the fact that Giridion missed out on both occasions.
In the afternoon it was of to the library to drop of a book and pick up one that i had reserved from another library. So I now get to read Ring of Fire 2. I've been dying to read that one for ages. I size the time to pick up some basic groceries from safeway while out.
Back home I make something to eat and prepare for the meting.
Takes me an hour to walk to work but that's nothing.
After the meting Me, N and D heads out to the Rusty Gull for reggae night, with Ns girlfriend, it was really nice and the beers are still making me tipsy. Tomorrow I need to be at work at 0730 so it will be a short night. The only thing that helps me in this situation is that I never suffer from a hangover.
Anyway, I need to catch every minute of sleep I can get so I will write something coherent another time.
More troubles
I have never claimed that I wanted life to be easy, but hey do difficult isn't very funny either.
2 days before new years eve I was told by my roommate that her wireless connection had been hacked and that someone had checked out her surfing habits. So she was turning of her wireless connection and wouldn't share it with me any longer.
So I started researching how it would be possible to do that cause I wanted to help her secure it and make her start sharing it with me again. However she was very rude and hostile all of a sudden and I couldn't understand why. So I asked if I had done anything wrong, and she claims I'm the one who have hacked her connection and broke into her computer. So she had decided to kick me out, I had to be out by February 1st.
Alright I said and have started visiting Craigslist from the library looking for a new place to live. In the meantime my own room when up there and a few ppl have been coming to look at the place. One girl Angie came and saw the place and even insisted on a word alone with me to find out how it is to live with my current roommate. I was honest and told her about my experience.
My current roommate asks me a day later to find a place for the 15th of January instead of 1 February as was originally agreed upon. And she is getting more difficult every day to live with.
Anyway, a few days later I went looking at a place I had found at craigslist. I was a few minutes early and apparently so was Angie who were there to look at the same place. Anyway we knock on the door and stand outside talking with each other. None opens so we knock again.
This time a guy opens, and tells us that we are at the wrong door and that we should move to the side of the house. A garden fence door is there so we wait there. Now when he comes and opens he tells Angie to go back to the front door and that his wife will show her from there. I find this funny so as I walk through the garden door I say jokingly "So you are separating us ey?" Apparently this was something he took as an insult so he told me that he didn't want me living there and that I should leave.
I walk back to the front and tells Angie that he didn't want me living there and that I was leaving. Apparently he had followed me and not catched what I was saying cause he started asking me really rudely what I was saying. Angie hearing this loses it and tells him that she don't want to live with someone like him.
We both leave without having entered the house at all. For some reason I find this somewhat amussing now, but then it wasn't very funny.
Yesterday I looked at a more modest apartment and it wasn't the greatest ever, but I liked the guy living there he reminds me of DarkBlue Knight, a really good friend of mine from back home in Sweden. So despite the fact that the place dosn't look great I take it cause I think I am going to enjoy it there with a guy that seems to be really nice.
3 days off now so I don't really know what I shall do with it. The Cannucks have a home game tonight so I'll probably go to a local pub and watch the game, they are getting to be an interesting team now that Mats Sundin have joined them. However I find it really funny that a lot of TV channels spells it Matts. Over and out now
Long Overdue Recap
Disclaimer: I won't take any responsibility for spelling errors and other mistakes in the following text, I am not 100% sober.
So, it is pretty much 3 months since last i wrote something here, Life in Canada have not turned out as well as I hoped it would, in the end I have been somewhat lucky though. For the last three months I have been seeing a chiropractor to help me with my Sciatic nerve. I can happily assume that it doesn't hurt all the time, I can also say that it isn't 100% gone and it troubles me a bit every day.
Anyway, at first I was optimistic that the recommendations that the doctor gave me would be enough, is sounded cheap so I tried it. Laying on my back with something under my knees to give them the right positions, I was hoping for that for way to long, and when I finally contacted a chiropractic it took another 2 weeks before I was allowed to resume work. Now that would have been alright if I would have been able to return to work, but the economic crash hit and I was told that there was no work available for me, we had hit early November and I understood it from my boss that he was waiting for a delivery. I had to wait another 2 weeks before he called me and said that the order we were hoping for fell through. I had been miss informed. Had I understood that he was waiting for another order I could have done something about it in late October already.
Anyway, I go out and start contacting the local shops and store keepers in Gibsons, but being such a small community most of the shops had laid of workers to survive this new economic development. Safe to say there were no work avalible for me.
I also got in contact with the company who helped me get my first job. I contacted them to see if there was any help to expect from them since I've already paid them a lot of money once one would hope they would have a safety net in place for ppl like me who've crossed an Atlantic ocean and a continent to come to Canada, they didn't and it took them over a week to tell me that. So more time lost.
I started preparing to return home, when a guy calls me to tell me that he has a job opening in Vancouver for me.
(Later I realized he worked for the company who helped me get the first job, I don't know why they helped me, I haven't paid any more yet for their help.)
I venture into Vancouver to talk to this guy on a Sunday and somewhere we have managed to miss-communicate, he thought I lived in Vancouver, witch I wasn't. So there was no interview for me that day. The next they we book the meeting and I spend the day updating and polishing my resume and getting ready. That Tuesday i arrive in Vancouver in time for my interview, in fact I am 2 hours early, so I spend that time floating around in a local mall looking at everything and nothing.
When I arrive at the Interview It took me 45 minutes of paper work and interviews to convince them that I am the man they want to hire. Now to the next problem, I'm gonna go nuts if I have to communicate between Sunshine coast and Vancouver, so they are really nice to me and tell me that they will start my training as soon as I've found a place to live in Vancouver.
I come home that night and ask my really friendly landlords if they know any good places in Vancouver and they tell me about Craigslist. I had never heard of it. Upon a closer look there is no active section for Sweden so that might explain it. Anyway, I spend Wednesday looking and find a few that I mail to. On Thursday I have received one (1) answer from the mails I'd sent out. I called her and we agree on me coming in and looking at the room. Yes I was looking for something I could share, preferably close to work.
Anyway I travel into Vancouver, look at the apartment, and I liked it, and I liked the room-ie to, she seemed like a nice girl, just 9 years older than me. Well that Sunday I moved out of my apartment and into my shared apartment in Vancouver, I am sharing it with 2 girls. And the other one is 6 years older then me.
Right now I am just happy to be back at work again and doing something, these last 3 months have been awful. They have been filled with hopes from my side, I guess sometimes I am to naive, and wishful thinking gets the best of me.
So I am a salesman in Vancouver now, selling office supplies.
I have just come home from a Christmas party with my new company, a pretty good third day with the company.
I might tell you more about it tomorrow after work.
Right now I am more worried about not showing up hungover tomorrow morning at my work and my bed is looking pretty tempting.
Sorry for the Delay, expect more of them.
Painkillers and Mines
After a few weeks of nothingness here comes a post about very litle.
I find it funny that even though I haven't posted something new on my blogg for a couple weeks I still have an average of 3-4 unique hits everyday.
So 2 weeks ago was when something last happen, my Co-Worker "A" from Switzerland and his landlord and me Left the sunshine coast for a day and went first to Horseshoe Bay got onto the "Sea to Sky" Highway, I'm Serious the highway is called just that, and went north towards Whistler.
Halfway there we stopped at our first destination. British Colombia Mining Museum in Britannia and went underground.
We got to know what kind of hazards and dangers there was underground when working in a mine in the early 20th-Century. This machine the first air-powered drill they introduced was lethal since it pulverized the stones and particularly small pieces of glass that the miners inhaled, tore up their lungs and died from.
The Widow Maker
After the tour in the mine we came out into the sunshine and was introduced to the art of gold mining down on the yard. There was actual dusts of gold to be found so we spent an hour or so looking for it in the sand.
We left and kept driving along the coast untill we hit our final destination before turning back home. We came to Squamish found our self a Tim Hortons and then returned home.
We miss-read the ferry schedule and had to wait on the docks for the ferry for about 1½hour.
The Ferry to Nanaimo (Vancouver Island)
This Week aswell as last week has been a pain, literally I have somehow managed to hurt a Nerv in my spine and are in constant pain in my right leg aswell as the rightside of my hip. I havn't worked for over a week now, and went to the doctor today, he orderd me to lie on my back with pillows under my knees as this was some kind of neutral position for the body and would be the best way to help me.
I hope your days nowdays are better than mine cause this is a pain, and I rather live without it.
Went (To) 3 Doors Down
I hate and love hectic days the test is always interesting, the stress though, sucks.
Got of work early yesterday drove back to my appartment and hit the shower and then went directly to the high-way, thumb up.
I managed to get a ride half-way to the ferry and then had to try my luck again, not as lucky it seemed, I walked perhaps 2 clicks before someone pulled over and picked me up, that someone turned out to be my old neighbor C, It was great seeing her again before she heads of to Australia, safe to say I got to the ferry in time.
In Vancouver was the next gamble, buying tickets in advance is for people with less faith than me. So that was the first thing to do, get myself a ticket to the show just 3 hours later. It was easy, there seemed to be a lot of seats and space left on the floor. Got my ticket and went to find somewhere to sleep, I had booked space in a hostel, but when I got there there was no reservation in my name. Apparently the gal taking my reservation had trouble understanding me when I spelled the name for her over the phone. Well I got a bed to sleep in at the end so not to bad.
At 06PM I was outside GM Place and managed to smuggle my camera inside even though the guard found it... she found it and asked if it was my phone before she managed to find the entrance to the pocket it was it. I said yes and was saved by the bell.
At 0630PM Econoline Crush was the first band out warming up the crowd, doing their last show with 3DD since Vancouver is their home town. I remember 2 songs from them really well, the song for the ladies "Dirty" and "Sparkle and Shine". They did a good job and the promise of more from the bigger band looked super promising.
Next out was Hinder, I think everyone have heard a song or two from them, I'd only heard their biggest hit "Lips of an Angel" and Well what can I say, they made the arena rock, and I began losing my voice halfway through their performance. However their best song was clearly "Get stoned" when getting to the Chorus everyone sang with them "Go home, Get stoned" and most people did as told, but in reversed order, got stoned and went home when the concert was over. Weed is no big deal here in BC and mostly "legal".
Anyone See what the mic stand is dressed in?
Next up was Stained, now if Hinder was Rocking Staind whipped the floor with them, they knew how to put up a performance and how to get the crowd going. They performed their big hits "Belive", "Outside" and "Right here " they were awsome and I feelt there and then even before the big band had started to play that my throat will hate me tomorrow, and I was Right.
Finally 3 Doors Down entred the stage and they opened up with thiere greatest song ever and then just keept up going full speed ahead. They were the 3 Doors Down you hear on the radio and much, much more.
I had gotten there at 0600 PM and left at 1100PM give or take 15 minutes, it rained like hell and the 20 minute walk back to the hostel was less plesant than the walk to the show, still you don't ruin great moods like mine, there and then, In an instant, I walked throught the pissing rain with a big smile on my face.
Post Cards
Takes time to get your head together and remember all the great thing I've seen these last couple of days.
There is one saying from this trip that for some reason have decided to stay with me, I think it's because it's true.
"It's the Canada you see in postcards" I have to Agree, I've spent 8 days experience the Canada most people will only see in postcards. Or do you disagree, this one is from Emerald Lake
And It was just the beginning, Here is one from Johnson Lake
We went up a trail Called Parkers Ridge Trail to see the Saskatchewan Glacier, on the ground level where we started it didn't look too bad, just rained a little and the sun was hiding, well everyone in the group did the right thing and dressed up a bit with an extra shirt and trousers instead of shorts. We managed to get lost and end up on the wrong trail when we were getting near the top and walked perhaps a click (1km) to far in the wrong direction when we got to where we thought we should be we discovered that there were two ridges in the way of the view, we could barely see the ice at all, now we had been promised one of the most if not THE most spectacular view in western Canada so no one wanted to give up that easy. We found the right trail and well my joy over seeing it can't be misstaken in this picture, as always, pictures never do justice to the things you want to show people.
My hands in that picture were not cooperating with me, they were frozen solid so the pictures I took up there are half ass at best. Because of the overcast the view is a bit obstructed but it was so worth it, if for no other reason than to see everyone so happy over having found it. It's a memory I will treasure forever.
And last comes 2 photos of the lake that used to be on the Canadian Twenty dollar bill
Moraine Lake.
The sun was shining in the first one witch makes it a really beautiful view, in the second I'm just really happy not having just fallen of the cliff that I was standing on, I lost my footing for a second there and when I recovered it all I could feel was happiness.
So what have I managed to do during my entire trip?
I have Visited places most people only see at postcards, I have seen wild life up close such as black bears, elks and other mountain animals that aren't as afraid of the traffic as they should. I have been river Boarding, I've been living in a wilderness hostel, I've been swimming in glacier lakes, I've gotten lost in Banff and I've been standing on a glacier, I've seen so many beautifull places that my head feelt dull, and I had trouble really enjoying the experiance. And this is only a small piece of what I've been doing. If you want to know more you just have to buy me a beer at the bar and have me start talking.
The last word from me this time, is the song I picked up during this tripp that I think I will always remember this adventure with. Strangely enought it has nothing to do with the Rocky Mountains.
Beach in Hawaii - Ziggy Marley
Nicknames
Being on a buss for the last couple of days brings a different kind of perspective, I now know why they call BC for Beautiful British Columbia. Having lived in Gibson for the last month or so and having experienced Vancouver I thought I had seen it all in this County, Believe you me just the road between Vancouver and Golden Was Incredible.
Arriving in Golden was interesting we crossed the timezone boarder and lost an hour so we barely had time to get food before the local restaurants closed, and very little were open since it was BC day in BC and Family day in the rest of Canada.
My Camera have given up now after a faithful day of pictures I think I'm going to need to pick up a second memory card or I will not have enough room for the rest of the six days of this trip.
It turned out that I was not the only one who won this trip. There is at lest two other people in our company of 16 who won this trip the same day as I did.
I would also have a look out on youtube seems like my competition to win this trip might end up there. I have heard rumors that it might end up there. If you see it let me know, please.
Today we have been traveling from golden to Banff staying at the local :"must see" like emerald lake and lake Louise.
We rounded up the day with a visit to Banff Hot springs and the local pub here in HI Banff (Hostel International) I left a Swedish 20 Kronor Bill in the pub witch they mounted on the wall among all the other foreign bills. If you should happen to end up here look for it. It has my name on it. It's the only Swedish bill on that wall, Sweden is seriously under represented there, come on guys come here and make a difference.
Well it's late and tomorrow is another hectic day.
Tetris
Time is moving on and I seem to catch up, I wonder when I will truly catch up. Doesn't really matter how hard I work to do all the things I really want to do, there is still eleven things behind that I still haven't accomplished.
The weather have been changing from really good to not as good. On Tuesday it was pissing down and I was working the pressure washer as every other day, only then it was cold as hell and I couldn't really feel my hands by the end of the day.
Today Thursday I was asked to help store some finished parts away. That was like playing tetris, only instead of perhaps eight different sizes and forms there were thousands and there are no second chances. If it falls the piece is damaged beyond repair. That was really funny.
Now I have pretty much two weeks vacation that I will spend in the Rocky Mountains my schedule can be found here. It looks like I will have tons of fun.
http://www.jumponjumpoff.com/Tours/Canuck.aspx
Right now I am worried that I'll take so many pictures I can't save them all on the camera.
I have also begun looking for a car and I saw one that I did not think to highly about. My co-worker told me what it really was. It's clearly a Rolls Canharly. Simply one that rolls down one hill and can hardly go up the other.
I didn't buy it and am still looking. Anyone have a good car around here that they don't want let me know I will need one, I'm sure of it.
My weekend is just starting and tomorrow will bring more adventure as I probably head to Sechelt and I think Wall-E will go up on the local Cinema here in Gibson tomorrow so I have something else to look forward to.
To Answer Mins question: Gibson is about 40 minutes with buss and then another 40 minutes with Ferry from Vancouver Downtown.
Spinning
This Blog is getting slower and slower, and that sucks, I hope I can change that in a month or so.
Now my friends read this out loud.
"I am we Todd did
I am sofa king
We Todd did"
A co-worker of mine tried to get me with that one, he failed!
Heard a really weird quote on the radio a few days ago and I want to know if there is any truth to it.
A radio reporter was Interviewing some woman and the last question was.
"The way to a woman heart goes through her nipples, true or false"
Now the woman in question agrees that this is true but I want some second opinions.
However if this is true then I can understand why women love their own children so much.
Sea-Cavalcade started Friday here in Gibson with some really spectacular fireworks. Yesterday I woke up by bagpipes and drums, the parade was starting right outside my front door. So much for sleeping in on my day of.
During my stay here in Canada I have made no attempt to hide that I am from Sweden, I even display it openly on my jeans jacket with Sverige written on my arm and the Swedish flag over my heart. Guess if I was surprised yesterday when a complete stranger walks up to me and starts speaking Swedish. Life if full of surprises.
Another week of work left and then I'm heading of to the Rocky Mountains, cashing in the trip I won in Vancouver the first few days there.
Well there is more partying to be done. Over and out
Sorted out
An other week have passed and I find myself trying to remember it. The week started out good with me moving into my own apartment, finally! And then I went looking for kitchen utilitys and found a few of the things I needed, however I forgot 1 important thing, Spoons, I found out Tuesday morning that I had forgotten to buy spoons. So on Tuesday morning and for the rest of the week I find myself eating my morning Cereals with a fork. There are better stuff to eat cereals with.
The last tenants left a few things there that I was free to keep if I wanted. Among those things were four boxes of something wrapped in brown paper and duct tape. Inside each of them were perhaps 30-35 Playboy magazines. I don't mind reading a playboy magazine or 2 but that is clearly to many? So anyone interested in a few playboy magazines get over to the sunshine coast and pick them up. I don't really want to keep them.
I have finally gotten my Library card so I can now read all the books I want to read. The best things about the library here is that it's so easy to find English fantasy literature. In Sweden you usually have to buy what you want to read in English. Anyway I have finally gotten hold of Ring of Fire By Eric Flint and have also found the Dresden Files witch is great reading.
This weekend have been spent reading and making my new apartment a better place to live. And I caught the new Hulk Movie in the Cinema as well it was better than expected.
